Licenced Marriage Commissioner Lucy Miller has had the honour of officiating hundreds of Wedding Ceremonies since her appointment by the Province of Alberta over 30 years ago. She works with each couple in creating a customized ceremony that reflects their personalities and relationship - no standard or cookie-cutter ceremony. Lucy has a knack for making couples feel relaxed and at ease.... and for making sure they have fun!With Vows by Lucy, you can be assured that your ceremony will truly be your own and that no other ceremony has been, or ever will be, the same as yours!
